The handmade, hollow, Sterling silver centrepiece is decorated with layers of silver and a gold millipede curled around a glowing Moonstone cabouchon, which has an Amethyst bloom to its top edge.
 The necklace is made up of faceted grossular Garnets and handmade Sterling silver beads, with a handmade silver catch.
